Shipping Origin

All Pettan products are carefully crafted in Japan and shipped directly from Japan to customers worldwide.

Processing Time

Our Hanko are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders of A$139 or more.

For orders under A$139, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries and regions worldwide. Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, local postal services, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, customs clearance charges, or other fees upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pettan does not control these charges or determine the amount that may be payable. We recommend checking your local customs requirements before placing an order.
