How long will my order take?

Each Hanko is made to order in Japan.
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment, plus delivery time.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally to selected countries. Available destinations and shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
Free shipping is available on orders of A$139 or more.
